It’s one of my favorites to wear with warm-toned and/or vintage pin-up red lipsticks like MAC Lady Danger. I originally looked into the Ambient Lighting powders but I didn’t know what color to go for and they were even more expensive than the blush. The lighter yellow part is the Diffused Light Ambient Powder (a post on these will follow), the coral pink part adds the color to this fine glowy finishing powder, which creates a marvelous hybrid of both! To help me through this difficult time and ease the transition, I’ll turn to Hourglass Ambient Blush in Diffused Heat ($35). Blush for someone who hates blush. I didn’t expect this to be the case at all, but when swirling together the shades in Diffused Heat, the resulting combination is essentially a very slightly darker and more muted version of the new Sublime Flush shade.
